StickyVoice - General Terms and Conditions

StickyVoice is an app for voice and text notes. You can use the app for free with limited features or subscribe to Premium. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application StickyVoice (hereinafter "App") and related services provided by Ragim Etemi (hereinafter "Provider"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Description of Service
StickyVoice is an app for iOS and iPadOS that allows you to:
- Record voice notes and have them automatically transcribed
- Create and manage text notes
- Organize notes in folders
- Add detected events to your calendar
Transcription is performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition technology. No data is transmitted to external servers.
3. Free Use and Premium Subscription
3.1 Free Version
The App can be used for free with the following limitations:

3.2 Premium Subscription
StickyVoice Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription in the following plans:
- Monthly: Access to all Premium features for one month
- Yearly: Access to all Premium features for one year
Both plans include a free 14-day trial. Current prices are displayed in the App and on the App Store.
ℹ️ Important Subscription Information
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.
- You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For refunds, Apple's policies apply.
5. Your Content
You retain all rights to your content (voice notes, texts, recordings). StickyVoice does not claim ownership of your data. All content is stored locally on your device and remains under your sole control.
🔒 Your Data Belongs to You
We have no access to your notes, recordings, or other content. You can export your data or delete it completely at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The StickyVoice App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or decompile the App
- Resell or rent the App or parts thereof
- Use StickyVoice trademarks or logos without permission
7. Availability and Warranty
StickyVoice is provided "as is". The Provider strives to provide a bug-free and secure App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors.
The Provider is not liable for:
- Data loss due to deletion or device failure (please create regular backups)
- Limitations in Apple's speech recognition
- Interruptions caused by device or operating system updates
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. In any case, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the App in the last 12 months.
⚠️ Important Notice
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regular use of the backup feature (Premium).
9. Usage Rules
When using StickyVoice, you agree to:
- Not use the App for unlawful purposes
- Not create content that violates applicable laws
- Not use the App in a way that impairs its functionality
- Not attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
10. Changes to Terms of Use
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence apply.
